Gideon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana and GEMBA from Lancaster University.

Emmanuel’s experience in architectural designs, construction and development has been characterized by a series of varied projects from condominiums and estate homes to office complexes. As an architect with Medan Engineers and Builders, Emmanuel is responsible for planning and overseeing the construction of all our schemes. His excellent design and specification skills enable us to deliver the very best value for our clients.

Leading the pre-construction process, his attention to detail ensures that the construction team hits the ground running when a project starts on site. His over 15 years expertise also gives him the ability to structure a team of professionals to handle a whole range of property developments.

He holds a degree in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is certified by the Ghana Institute of Architects.

Since receiving University Honours for Architecture, Esther has spent many years building her skills and knowledge in the field. Responsible for planning and overseeing the construction of all our projects, she has strong experience and understanding of all facets of the development and construction industry, including procedures and processes to ensure stunning results.

Having over 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial developments, she has managed many successful projects from concept stage through to completion. She is highly motivated and ensures all parties’ objectives are met.

With expert knowledge about the best practices and latest methods to achieve the desired results, Jesse is very well equipped to advise our clients on how they can get what they want whilst taking into account budget and timescales.

He assists in the financial analysis and due diligence of all projects and uses his 12 years experience to supports the project management team.

Leading the pre-construction process, Jesse’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that our clients get best value without compromising on design quality. His ability to respond and adapt to our clients’ costs needs are appropriately evaluated.

Focusing on the functionality, aesthetics, and cost effectiveness of a project, while also factoring in cultural and environmental issues, Jesse delivers prestigious and sustainable projects that meet all of our clients’ requirements.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology

With years of experience in working on a range of construction projects, Step has developed an excellent understanding of variety of property development processes. He works closely with our clients to ensure their vision is executed to the highest standards. His extensive experience allows him to give the best advice on what should be done in order to meet structural integrity and keep projects running smoothly.

Spending much of his time on site, he is dedicated to ensuring his team provides the highest quality of workmanship. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, with a Degree in Structural Engineering.

Having a wide experience of more than 20 years in the field of infrastructure and building construction Daniel has honed his skills working on a variety of projects.

Daniel’s early experience in the construction industry led him to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Daniel’s rigorous classroom education as well as his experience in the field make him a valuable member of the MEB team.

He blends his strengths with his interests in the construction field in his role as a Civil Engineer in MEB to ensure projects are well designed to meet acceptable standards.

With previous work experience in real estate, combined with more than a decade of construction management experience, Mawusene brings diversified experience to his role. During his 15 years of working as project manager his duties have included supervising all construction projects in progress, establishing consistent practices for project oversight, quality and safety, as well as managing scheduling and staffing for jobs.

Mawusene’s extensive experience gives him an acute eyes for detail-oriented projects. Versed in Project Management and estimating, he is able to build from the ground up any project of any magnitude. He obtained a degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

With his ability to plan, analyze and forecast, Kwabena’s responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations and market and sensitivity analysis.

His efforts culminated in the creation of a financial modeling system for projects, integrating the company’s accounting system with the needs of projects, as well as a construction policy manual outlining best practices and procedures over the life of a project.

Kwabena holds a First Degree in Business Management and is a Charted Accountant.
