Emmanuel’s experience in architectural designs, construction and development has been characterized by a series of varied projects from condominiums and estate homes to office complexes. As an architect with Medan Engineers and Builders, Emmanuel is responsible for planning and overseeing the construction of all our schemes. His excellent design and specification skills enable us to deliver the very best value for our clients.
Leading the pre-construction process, his attention to detail ensures that the construction team hits the ground running when a project starts on site. His over 15 years expertise also gives him the ability to structure a team of professionals to handle a whole range of property developments.
He holds a degree in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is certified by the Ghana Institute of Architects.

Since receiving University Honours for Architecture, Gloria has spent many years building her skills and knowledge in the field. Responsible for planning and overseeing the construction of all our projects, she has strong experience and understanding of all facets of the development and construction industry, including procedures and processes to ensure stunning results.
Having over 10 years’ experience in residential and commercial developments, she has managed many successful projects from concept stage through to completion. She is highly motivated and ensures all parties’ objectives are met.

With expert knowledge about the best practices and latest methods to achieve the desired results, Jesse is very well equipped to advise our clients on how they can get what they want whilst taking into account budget and timescales.
He assists in the financial analysis and due diligence of all projects and uses his 12 years experience to supports the project management team.
Leading the pre-construction process, Jesse’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that our clients get best value without compromising on design quality. His ability to respond and adapt to our clients’ costs needs are appropriately evaluated.

Michael holds a First Degree in Business Management and is a Charted Accountant.
